Ground floor: laundry room with shared washing machine and dryer, shower room-wc. 1st floor: living room-kitchen (wood stove), 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 120 cm beds), bathroom, toilet. Mezzanine with board games. Large shared courtyard, bike shelter. The estate was used for the filming of Instit (Le Crime de Valentin) and Le Gave.
