• in our reception offices and on various paper supports
• the press has access to the broadcast

Some rules to know

• Complete the fields precisely
• Do not write in capital letters except the first letter of the event
• Possibility of transmitting flyers in PDF in the multimedia module
• Create a file by animation and by location including the event taking place over several days (complete the “date of the event” field correctly; for example from June 21 to June 23)
• Check the “I am not a robot” box so that your animation can be validated
• Photos must be in .jpeg or png - royalty free or with copyright notice
