This former Auvergne farmhouse is ideal for hosting large families or groups of friends. With nearly 280 m2, the house can accommodate 16 people in a setting that harmoniously combines old and contemporary, nature and comfort.

Organized on 3 levels, it offers large spaces inside and outside.

A spacious ground floor which allows you to gather around a large table, three living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

This vast space of more than 80m2 opens onto 2 terraces, with a breathtaking view at the back over the plain of Limagne.

At the front, a covered shelter to park your vehicles and a large enclosed courtyard. The land of more than 2500m2 is completely closed.

On the first floor, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 1 with 1 double bed and a wooden cot and 1 with a double bed and a single bed).
On the second floor, a friendly space for all ages: a video projector with speakers, a large white wall, a sofa and a large pouf for a cinema evening in the countryside.

Two large bedrooms complete the upstairs layout (1 with a double bed and 2 single beds) and one with 2 single beds.

And of course, a very large modern bathroom and 1 WC on each floor.
Activities on site and nearby!

For evenings or indoor activities, table football, board games, many books, a video projector, a big screen TV, a stock of DVDs.
Outside, a ping-pong table, balls, rackets and a large space at the front and back of the house.

Shops, services, entertainment and transport on site or in Brioude (4 km). The gîte, in the village of Fontannes, is ideally located less than 300 m from a bakery and a pizzeria.

You can enjoy, nearby, many activities in summer (equestrian center 1 km away, hiking (a Respirando circuit passes in front of the cottage), swimming and white water sports in the gorges of the Allier, cultural discoveries, visits to villages (Lavaudieu, Blesles, Domeyrat), quad... and in winter (skiing, snowshoeing,...).
